Charges (monthly rent)

*Includes electricity consumption (up to 100kwh), water, shared expenses, internet, use of shared infrastructure.

Payment of rent and additional electricity usage charges is handled as follows:

• You will receive the invoice for rent/electricity via email.

• The invoice contains a link that will take you directly to the payment page via credit card. The same link will also be included in the email for convenience.

• You will enter your credit card details and proceed with the payment.

• You will receive a message from your bank asking for payment approval, so you will need to approve it through your bank’s app.

• Once approved, you will receive a notification that the invoice payment has been completed.

Notes:

• Once your card is saved, the next month when the invoice is issued, your card will be automatically charged. An automatic payment order is created. Payment will not be processed if there are insufficient funds available. If you do not want this to happen, do not save your card.

• Prepayment is not allowed. You must wait to receive the invoice and then follow the link provided on the invoice.

• If you wish to prepay multiple months at once, please contact the Municipality (Mr. Yiannis Ioannou) to receive payment instructions.

• Bank transfers and payments via JCC will not be accepted from November 1, 2025.
