The Cyprus University of Technology offers each academic year accomodation for up to 20 new entry international postgraduate students in the Apollonia Student Hall (or in other buildings depending on availability). Priority is given to new entry PhD students, however new entry Master students may also aply. 

• Room distribution is made on a first to come first to serve basis. 
• The contract lasts only for the first year of study (September-June, with the possibility of extension for July and August).
• The monthly rent is between €350 and €400. To secure the reservation you need to sign the rental agreement and pay an amount equal to two months' rent. Half of the amount is a guarantee and the other half is the rent for the first month.
• You will be given an independent studio. The rent cost includes internet, maintenance, water, electricity, and heating expenses.For the billing policy click here.

• The results of the application procedure and further information will be communicated via email by the Housing Office within 2 working days.
