“Supportive care of the caregivers of people with heart failure”

Required Qualifications: Candidates must be registered nurses with a Postgraduate degree at Advanced Nursing in Intensive cardiology care. Candidates need to have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Statistical Analysis Software), as well as to have excellent Greek and English language skills and relevant clinical experience. Prior research experience in randomized control trials will be considered as an advantage.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Emergency and Intensive Care or similar specialty. The application should include a detailed curriculum vitae along with a brief description of the applicant's broader research interests. Required Qualifications: Candidates should hold an accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, or Health Sciences and a Postgraduate Degree at Master’s level, preferably in Health Promotion, Community Nursing/ Health Care, Nursing/Medical Education, Epidemiology, Public Health or other related field. Very good command of the English language, familiarity with the principles of systematic review and search strategies, familiarity with the concepts and principles in Health Research Methodology, Epidemiology and Biostatistics, good computer skills and familiarity with statistical packages (e.g. SPSS, STATA, R) are required. Prior experience in population-based research and/or community health needs assessment will be considered an advantage.

The candidate who succeeds may be given the opportunity to be involved in the research program EXCELLENCE / 0918/0115 of the RESTART Programs 2016-2020 of the Innovation of the Research Promotion Foundation entitled " Tackling anti-vaccination: mapping the Social transmission of beliefs and attitudes " with the possibility of covering the doctoral program fees as well.
