The payment methods described below do not apply to the MSc Interaction Design , MA Design for Social Innovation and MSc in Electronic Science and Technology. programs. For tuition payment in these programs, interested parties are kindly requested to refer to the program pages.

General Payment Information

The deposit payment is made by credit card via JCC through the link: https://www.jccsmart.com/e-bill/14245062 or by bank transfer to the account listed below.
The semester installments are paid by card via JCC using the link you will receive from noreply@jccsmart.com in your personal email.
If you do not receive the relevant link, please send a message with your details to accounts.jcc@cut.ac.cy and kep@cut.ac.cy.

Tuition Payment Method and Process

Each student, after paying the deposit via the JCCSmart platform, is required to pay their tuition in three semester installments before the start of the first three semesters (via a link received through JCC), as shown in the table below:

Notes

  1. Non-EU students must pay both the deposit (€325 or €300) and the first semester installment (€1600 or €2400) upon acceptance of the position in order to proceed with the visa process for entry into Cyprus.
  2. Part-time students pay tuition according to the above schedule and must complete full payment by the 3rd semester, regardless of whether their studies extend up to 8 semesters.

Clarifications

  • The deposit is non-refundable in case the student withdraws from the university or does not register for courses.
  • If a postgraduate student withdraws from the program by the 4th week of the first semester, they are entitled to a refund of the semester installment (but not the deposit). If they withdraw at any later stage, no tuition fees already paid will be refunded.
  • The university will not allow course/semester registration if it is found that the student has not paid the required tuition fees before registration. In case of repeated non-compliance, the student will be automatically deregistered.
  • A student who has not paid their outstanding tuition fees by the graduation year deadline will not be allowed to participate in the Graduation Ceremony or receive their degree.
