Role purpose:
The Payments Operations Associate will have the responsibility for the processing of incoming & outgoing customer payments and any other activities related to the operations of the Funds Transfers Department, in Alpha Bank Cyprus, in accordance to the Group Policies, reporting directly to the Payments Operations Manager.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
•Process of Outgoing & Incoming Customer Payments
•Participate in Funds Transfers Department’s Activities & Operations.
•Understand the Rules & Policies related to Payments.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics/ Accounting or other related field.
•Working experience in the area of Payments (SEPA/SWIFT) will be considered as an advantage.
•Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
•Fluency in Greek and English.
•Excellent written and communication skills.
•Motivated and committed.
Working Hours:
•Standard: Monday – Thursday: 07:30- 15:00
•Two workdays per week 8:30-16:00
•Friday: 07:30 – 14:30
