Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveyor

D.G. Jones Demetriades LLC is seeking to employ a Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveyor with at least 2-3 years of working experience.

Following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (minimum 2:2 or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or in Civil Engineering
• Ability to work in a team of diverse individuals to meet common objectives
• Good organization skills; Competent in time management and achieving deadlines 
• Professional work ethics 
• Effective decision making and strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English

Daily duties:

Pre and post contract responsibilities such as:

• Preparation of cost estimates
• Preparation of tender documents (BoQ, information to tenderers etc)
• Preparation of monthly valuations
• Pricing of variations
• Preparation of final account
