Secretary / Administrator – Larnaca – Competitive Package

We are supporting an expanding professional services firm in Larnaca looking to recruit a Secretary / Administrator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities
● Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
● Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and staff
● Schedule meetings and manage calendars
● Organize and maintain filing systems and office records
● Perform general office administration duties
● Prepare high-quality documents and deliverables
● Assist with any other administrative tasks as required

Requirements
● Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
● Familiarity with office management procedures
● Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
● Strong organisational and communication skills
● Excellent command of Greek and English
● Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
