Role Overview:
We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Graphic Designer (Motion & Video) to join Alphamega’s Marketing Department and support the execution of creative material across digital screens, video content, and in-store communication.
This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of professional experience, strong technical foundations, and a clear specialization in motion graphics and video editing within a fast-paced retail marketing environment.
Responsibilities:
▪Design and adapt visuals for digital screens, social media, newsletters, and in-store communication.
▪Create and edit videos and motion graphics for campaigns, digital signage, and social media.
▪Produce digital-first content including animated assets and short-form promotional videos.
▪Adapt creative material across multiple formats, aspect ratios, and dimensions while maintaining brand consistency.
▪Support the production of print materials when required (signage, posters, promotional materials).
▪Collaborate closely with designers and marketing managers to execute campaign requirements efficiently.
▪Ensure brand consistency and quality across all deliverables.
▪
Assist with product photography, image retouching, and content preparation when required.

Requirements:
▪Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer
▪Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects is a must.
▪Demonstrated professional experience in motion graphics and/or video editing is essential.
▪Solid understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and composition.
▪Ability to adapt designs across digital and print formats.
▪Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a structured, fast-paced environment.
▪Team-oriented attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
▪Fluency in Greek and English.
▪Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field is considered an advantage.
