Applications are invited from candidates who possess the necessary qualifications to fill one (1) Full-time Research Fellow position of Postgraduate Associate/ Assistant Researcher B or A R1* at the EUt+ Coordination Centre in the field of Mobility and International Relations.
The EUt+ Coordination Center (eut.cut.ac.cy) of the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) is seeking an Alliance Mobility Officer to support the International Mobility Office at CUT for the implementation of the Mobility and Internationalisation Work Packages of the European University of Technology (EUt+) Alliance (univ-tech.eu) and Erasmus Mobility at CUT.
The role is administrative and operational in nature, bridging Erasmus mobility management with EU-project support. It involves coordinating with partner institutions to deliver student and staff mobility experiences services. The position is funded through the EUt+ Accelerate Project and the Erasmus OS.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day running of Erasmus+ mobility, helping students and staff with applications, paperwork, and practical questions throughout their mobility journey.
Be a friendly first contact for incoming and outgoing participants, offering guidance and support before, during, and after mobility.
Help organise Erasmus events and activities, such as info sessions, orientations, welcome events, and international days.
Contribute to promotion and communication, including social media posts, website updates, newsletters, and student-facing content.
Work closely with internal university services and academic departments to make sure mobility processes run smoothly and on time.

For the positionof Post-Graduate Associate (Assistant Researcher A):
A Bachelor's and Master's degree from a recognized university in related fields
Strong organisational, coordination, and time-management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and handle multiple activities at the same time.
Very good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment and manage several tasks in parallel.
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach when working with students, staff, and international partners.
For the positionof Post-Graduate Associate (Assistant Researcher B):
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Strong organisational, coordination, and time-management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and handle multiple activities at the same time.
Very good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment and manage several tasks in parallel.
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach when working with students, staff, and international partners.
The following will be considered as an advantage for both positions:
Experience in implementation of research programs from national and/or European funds
Mobility experience/International and professional mobility
Additional Experience & Skills
This role is designed to be supportive and developmental. The experience listed below may be useful for certain tasks but is not required to apply or to succeed in the position. Training and guidance will be provided where needed.
Hands-on experience supporting the administrative management of Erasmus+ mobility actions, particularly KA131 and/or KA171, for students and/or staff.
Familiarity with the Erasmus mobility lifecycle, including calls, selections, nominations, mobility documentation, grants, and follow-up processes.
Experience or confidence working with Erasmus+ rules and procedures, including Programme Guide requirements and National Agency reporting.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a structured organisational environment, including public bodies, organisations, institutions, or international partners.
Confidence supporting mobility-related communication and promotion, such as information sessions, outreach activities, and Erasmus events.

The appointment will be for a period of twelve (12) months, with the prospect of renewal for an additional twenty-four (24) months. The monthly gross salary will range between €1748.76 (for Post-Graduate Associate/Assistant Researcher B) and €2136.33 (for Post-Graduate Associate/Assistant Researcher A), depending on experience and qualifications, in accordance with the legislation currently in effect. From this amount, employee contributions will be deducted, according to current legislation. It is noted that there is a provision for 13th salary (the cost of the 13th salary has been proportionally incorporated in the monthly remuneration).
