Sales & Procurement Coordinator

NAVKRATIS LTD supplies equipment, spare parts, and repair services to commercial vessels operating worldwide. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Procurement Coordinator to join our team for a 1-year maternity leave replacement. The successful candidate will report to and work under the supervision of our Head of Operations. 

 

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support and/or procurement within the shipping industry
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Strong multitasking, time-management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Acknowledge, register, and process customer inquiries for spare parts, equipment, and repair services 
  • Obtain, review, and submit quotations to customers
  • Process orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products, spare parts, or services
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback
  • Provide proactive customer outreach
  • Offer administrative and support to the rest Team
