DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, AND COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING

RESEARCH FELLOWS (SPECIAL SCIENTISTS FOR RESEARH / RESEARCHERS C -R2**) POSITIONS

Applications are invited from candidates who possess the necessary qualifications in order to fill two (2) Part-time Research Fellows positions (Special Scientists for Research / Researchers C – R2**) at the Department of Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science and Engineering in the field of “Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Software Technology for Intelligent Systems”.

Position 1:  The research focuses on the implementation of software testing techniques that employ Large Language Models such as CodeLlama and Llava for the automatic generation of test suites. The automatic execution of the generated test suites will be underpinned by self-adaptive and self-learning techniques that produce more intelligent and more challenging test suites. The objective is to produce a test suite that should be considered for enhancing software robustness, ultimately providing sufficient confidence about the system’s capacity to operate reliably during deployment.
