System Administrator

What You’ll Do:

As a System Administrator, you will work with company’s core IT infrastructure—from maintaining servers and network systems to implementing secure, scalable solutions. You’ll monitor performance, manage virtualization environments, and troubleshoot complex issues to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll also work closely with cybersecurity, networking, and development teams to deliver reliable, high-availability systems that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and network infrastructure.
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Administer and support Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and other enterprise tools.
• Maintain security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Manage virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox).
• Maintain system documentation and configuration management tools.
• Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
• Set up monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG) and respond to alerts.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Acronis).
• Collaborate with network, cybersecurity, and development teams on infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

• Studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
• Knowledge of databases, networks (LAN/WAN), and patch management.
• Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.
 

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is an advantage.
