Web Designer

What You’ll Do:

As a Web Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-centric web pages, landing pages, and digital assets. You must be a good team player and collaborate closely with the development team, as well as with other team members involved in each project.


Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Design modern, responsive web pages, landing pages, and digital interfaces aligned with client branding and business goals.
  • Create UI mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Develop visual assets including banners, infographics, email templates, and social media graphics.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
  • Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure all designs are user-focused, accessible, and optimised for performance across devices.
  • Maintain consistency in visual style and branding across all projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Knowledge of web graphic design
  • Familiar with UI/UX principles
  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or other design tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
  • Experience using design systems and component libraries.
