Junior Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, write and execute automated test scripts
• Maintain and enhance the testing framework for a key application
• Work with Single Page Applications built with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Identify and prioritize test cases for automation to maximize coverage
• Support manual testing efforts and test case creation as needed
• Log and track bugs in a structured manner across testing cycles
• Set up and contribute to continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Follow and promote best practices in software development and automation processes

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience and good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and Single Page Applications
• Hands-on experience with Cypress or Playwright for automation testing
• Proficiency in API testing and automation
• Strong skills in maintaining and building automated test suites
• Familiarity with manual testing and test case creation
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes for software delivery pipelines
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work seamlessly in an international team
• A proactive, client-focused attitude with curiosity and passion for growing your expertise
