Job Vacancy: Accountant/Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant/Junior Accountant to join our Accounting Department.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparing and processing accounting entries in accordance with the Group’s accounting procedures.
• Preparing and issuing invoices to customers.
• Preparing payment instructions and actively communicating with suppliers.
• Preparing cash receipts and bank deposits.
• Conducting monthly reconciliations of the Group’s bank accounts.
• Conducting monthly reconciliations of accounts payable, receivable, and intercompany balances.
• Documenting and filing accounting transactions in an organized manner and properly maintaining the accounting filing system.
• Performing any other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles,
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
