BWSS Ltd (Ballast Water Supply & Services) a member of the M.I.E. Group Limited is looking to hire an Operator.
Responsibilities:
•Receive and manage customer enquiries through various communication channels.
•Handle enquiries from the quotation stage through to invoicing.
•Coordinate with Principals, Suppliers, Customers, and Forwarding Agents throughout the process, including enquiry handling, quotation, order receipt, and acknowledgement.
•Manage tasks related to readiness, dispatch, freight tracking, documentation legalization, and invoicing.
•Maintain good working relationships with customers, local and third-party underwater services companies worldwide.
•Consistent updating and maintaining of various operational and financial systems.
•Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly internal and external reports.
•Create and maintain both manual and electronic filing systems for all customer sales cases.
Requirements:
•BSc or Master's in Shipping, Maritime or any other related field.
•Previous experience in the maritime sector is a plus.
•Ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
•Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
•Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/operational software tools.
•Fluency in Greek and English.
