Job Description:

• Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding / Logistics

• Position Title: Cargo Traffic Controller

• Working Location: Limassol

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 17.00pm (break between 13:00 – 14:15)

• Salary Package: Starting Salary EUR 1,470.00 (Gross) + 13th Salary

• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages daily transport operations, including delivery and collection for air and sea shipments, as well as container trucking.

• Oversees the coordination and routing of shipments.

• Directs dispatching and routing activities and tracks transportation vehicles.

• Ensures that customer difficulties or problems are investigated and resolved.

• Assigns delivery and collection tasks to lorry drivers.

• Oversees container drivers for import and export activities, ensuring smooth operations at seaports and container yards.

• Prepares reports to the customers.

• Communicates with customers, overseas and local agents.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong logistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Training will be provided

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field required.
