About the Traineeship

This 6-8-month Traineeship is designed for ambitious young professionals seeking to jumpstart their careers. As a trainee, you'll work in our Fleet Personnel Department, immersing yourself in the critical functions that keep our maritime operations running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

• Seafaring Recruitment: Implement and monitor recruiting activities and processes for assigned vessels, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of manning plans.
• Crew Liaison: Identify training needs and support crew well-being on-board.
• Compliance: Uphold environmental compliance policies and ensure all regulations are met.

Requirements

• Have recently graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Be fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
• Have strong research, planning and organisation skills.
