About the Role:
As a Hardware QA Engineer at Cognyte, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our hardware products.
You will be responsible for performing PCBA and system-level testing, following established production procedures and using automated tools.
Your work will directly support the daily production plan and help maintain high standards across our hardware line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PCBA and system-level testing using automation tools, covering digital electronics, and RF-related aspects.
• Follow production procedures and quality standards
• Take part in identifying and reporting hardware issues

Requirements:

• BSc in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong hands-on skills in both electrical and mechanical assembly
• Good English, both verbal and written
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
