Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our law firm as a Strategic Business Development & Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our firm’s visibility across local and international markets, identifying high-potential client segments, forming strategic partnerships, and enhancing our marketing presence both digitally and physically.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify high-growth sectors (e.g., real estate, immigration, investments).
• Recommend and coordinate networking events, expos, and strategic business forums for the firm to attend or sponsor.
• Identify and initiate collaboration opportunities with real estate firms, financial advisors, relocation experts, and international law firms.
• Design and propose strategic campaigns and social media content aligned with the firm’s objectives.
• Collaborate with external content creators, designers, and SEO professionals to improve online presence.
• Assist in the planning of firm presentations, client acquisition efforts, and partnership meetings.
• Monitor market trends and competitors and provide monthly growth insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to website development and optimization based on client behavior and market needs.
• Create brochures, presentation decks, and branded communication material.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in any of the following fields:

Marketing or Digital Marketing

•

International Business

•

Strategic Management

•

Communications / Public Relations

•

Law (with business or marketing exposure)

• Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.
