Logistics Officer – Larnaca
We are supporting a company in expanding its team with the addition of a Logistics Officer based in Larnaca.
Requirements
● Minimum 1 year of professional experience
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
● Good command of English
● Educational background or experience in Logistics, Economics, Accounting, or a related field will be considered an advantage
● Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or international trade will be considered an advantage
Responsibilities
● Coordinate and monitor day-to-day logistics operations and shipments
● Communicate with suppliers, customers, transport providers, and other logistics partners
● Monitor orders and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate execution
● Prepare, organise, and maintain shipping and logistics documentation
● Track shipments and provide updates regarding delivery status
● Assist with resolving issues or delays related to shipments and deliveries
● Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with relevant logistics information
● Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth order fulfilment and delivery
● Support administrative activities related to logistics and international trade
● Assist with other logistics and operational tasks as required
