Position: Junior IT Support Officer
Location: Wavemaker Hospitality – Limassol Headquarters

We are currently looking for a Junior IT Support Officer to join our IT team at our Headquarters in Limassol.

The Role:
The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support to users across the organization, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, hardware, software, and network services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripherals

• Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

• Support Microsoft 365 applications and other business systems

• Monitor and maintain IT equipment inventory and asset records

• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members when required

• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and system upgrades

• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and procedures

• Document support activities and maintain accurate technical records

Candidate Profile:
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Previous experience in an IT support role will be considered an advantage

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and
computer hardware

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills

• Good command of Greek and English

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
