Junior Consultant

Phi Partners is launching a Graduate Programme to bring the next generation of Capital Markets technologists into our consulting business. Successful candidates will join Phi as full-time employees and be trained on Murex before being deployed onto live client engagements alongside our senior consultants. Murex is one of the most widely used software platforms in global financial markets. Banks, asset managers, and hedge funds use it to manage their trading activity end-to-end — from capturing trades and pricing complex financial products, to managing risk and processing settlements. It is large, technically rich, and sits at the heart of how many of the world's biggest financial institutions run their business. Specialists who can build, support, and evolve Murex environments are in consistently high demand, and that expertise is exactly what this programme is designed to develop. Graduates will be based in Cyprus, working from our growing Murex delivery centre. From there, you may be deployed onto a range of client projects across our portfolio of global investment banks, asset managers, and hedge funds. Engagements typically span areas such as Environments Management, Production Architecture & Configuration, integration, testing, and front-to-back implementation work. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong computer science (or related) graduate to launch their career in Capital Markets technology, with structured training, on-the-job mentorship from experienced Murex consultants, and exposure to real-world delivery from day one.
