About the Role
We are seeking 1-2 tech-savvy Graduate Engineers to join our team in a role that redefines entry-level engineering. This is a specialized BIM Development Track where your primary focus will be leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to deliver projects from design through to construction.
We recognize that 3D BIM methodology is not yet a core part of every university curriculum. We do not require previous BIM software experience. Instead, we are looking for individuals with a "digital-first" mindset and a natural aptitude for technology.
The Opportunity: Ground-Up Training
Successful candidates will be fully supported by SA BIMLabs, our dedicated training center. We provide comprehensive training in cutting-edge BIM technology and digital workflows from scratch, allowing you to master international-standard digital engineering.
Key Responsibilities
● Digital Transformation: Lead the transition and integration of advanced BIM workflows (3D, 4D, 5D) and AI within project teams.
● High-Profile Projects: Apply your skills to major, high-precision engineering projects within the UK Bases (Sovereign Base Areas - SBA).
● Technical Excellence: Develop high-quality 3D models and detailed technical documentation.
● Operational Flexibility: Work from our Nicosia office, on-site, or a hybrid of both, depending on project needs and your preference.
Candidate Requirements
● Degree: Recent or upcoming graduate in Structural or Civil Engineering.
● Aptitude: Highly tech-savvy with a passion for how technology can optimize the construction industry.
● Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and a quick learner.
● Professional: Eligibility for ETEK registration.
● Languages: Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
