About our client  

Our client is a well-established leader in Cyprus’ automotive industry. It employs a team of 200+ staff across Cyprus, well known for their strong culture, and their focus for business and personal growth. The successful candidate will join a strong sales team and will be based in Limassol. 

 

Position overview  

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for sales of products while delivering outstanding customer experience at every stage of the sales journey. The successful candidate must be passionate about cars and technology whilst consistently working to meet / exceed sales targets. Key responsibilities include: 

  • Present and sell vehicles to prospective customers, applying effective sales strategies and in-depth product knowledge. 
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact through to after-sales support. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends such as new model launches and competitor activity. 
  • Support and engage in marketing campaigns, showroom events, and promotional initiatives. 
  • Prepare and submit reports on his/her sales targets/leads. 

Required Qualifications & Skills   

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline 
  • Experience 1-2 years in sales
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on influencing others while maintaining professionalism  
  • Energetic, positive personality with a confident and outgoing approach 
  • Results and goal oriented, self-motivated and eager on constant personal development 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team 
  • Comfortable and keen to use social media channels and digital communication platforms for business purposes 
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications and general computer systems 
  • Strong communication skills in both Greek and English
