Location: Limassol, Cyprus
We are seeking an upbeat and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management team and Accounting teams.
- Manage travel arrangements for the Management team, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls with a professional demeanour.
- Maintain and update schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Organize and manage confidential files, records, and documents.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow across departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Basic accounting skills is an advantage.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and spoken English skills are essential.
