Requirements
Implement admission strategies to attract prospective students
Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to admissions
Establish and monitor information flow within the CRM system in coordination with other stakeholders of the organisation
Manage the entire admissions process from initial inquiries to enrolment
Evaluate applicants based on academic records, test scores, extracurricular activities, and other relevant criteria, in cooperation with the Head Teacher of every school
Oversee the registration process to ensure it runs smoothly
Track and present accurate admissions data and trends to inform strategic decision-making
Plan, organise and represent the school at campus tours, events, fairs, open days and information sessions
Identify areas for improvement and recommending initiatives to further develop the admissions process
Support any aspects / tasks related to Admissions & Marketing, as assigned by the Direct Report
Acquire any other duties assigned by the Director and are related to the activities of the Admissions & Marketing Department
Minimum qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a similar field
Proven experience as an Admissions Officer or in a similar role will be considered an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively
Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
