Elysee Irrigation Ltd is looking for a talented and curious R&D Engineer to join our team in the Ergates Industrial Area. If you enjoy solving problems, designing things, and occasionally arguing with CAD models, you’ll fit right in.

No experience? No problem. We’ll train you from day one!

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop new products that make water flow smoothly.
• Improve existing designs so they last longer, work better, and look smarter.
• Investigate product issues and help us by fixing molds to conform.
• Research new materials, technologies, and clever engineering ideas.
• Run tests, experiments, and simulations.
• Support innovation across multiple ongoing projects.

What You Need

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or something similar.
• CAD skills (NX, SolidWorks, Inventor).
• Problem-solving mindset and a hands-on attitude.
• Team spirit, good communication, and a touch of creativity.
• Experience is not required—enthusiasm is!
