IT Support Officer

What You’ll Do:

As an IT Support Officer, your main ongoing task will be helping clients with various IT support activities, from basic troubleshooting to installing and configuring IT systems.


Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot IT issues for multiple clients via email, chat, and remote access
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and office equipment
  • Manage user accounts, access controls, and basic network setups
  • Monitor systems, apply updates, and ensure data backups are working
  • Document issues and resolutions for ongoing support efficiency

Requirements:

The successful candidate must meet the following conditions:

  • Knowledge of IT support field
  • Understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking
  • Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
