Jr. R&D Electrical Engineer Position Announcement
The Nucleus Research & Development Center is announcing a full time or internship position for a Junior R&D Electrical Engineer.
The Nucleus Research & Development Center offers several services, but its main function is the development of excitingly innovative ideas of high commercialization value into commercial products for international markets. Areas of research include biomedicine, aerospace systems, robotics, agriculture, renewable energy, telecommunications, composite materials, and fire fighting among others. High priority is given to ideas that can be fabricated locally and exported globally. The Nucleus R&D Center develops these ideas from thought to production line. The center also offers complete International Intellectual Property strategy development, patent writing, as well as patent filing. Technical and scientific consulting services are also offered to a variety of companies including complete company restructuring, company culture cultivation and market strategy.
The position requires:
Recent Graduate, (0 – 3 years), with a bachelors or masters in Electrical Engineering
Or graduating senior of bachelors or masters in Electrical Engineering by Summer 2025
Or a current electrical engineering masters student for a morning time internship
Interest in working on electronic design and programing of PCBs (main initial occupation)
A very fast Lerner and a strong problem solver with emphasis on solving technical problems in new technical and scientific disciplines
Interest in working on HIGHLY multidisciplinary research and product development including, but not limited to: biomedical engineering, aerospace engineering, agriculture, electrochemical systems and robotics among many others.
What the position offers:
Training period gross salary for 6 months €1500, 5 day/week morning internship €800
After 6 months gross salary €1700 - €2000 Depending on qualifications and performance + yearly inflation adjustment of salary above and beyond raises.
After 6 months gross salary €1000 5 day/week morning internship
Training and guidance in all new areas of research undertaken by the center
Paid courses relevant to new research
Opportunity to work and learn in any of the areas the research center deals with
All normal legal benefits coming with a full time position
Flexibility, guidance and mentoring in case the candidate is interested to pursue a post masters or PhD degree after 1.5 years.
