Full-Stack / Tracking Systems Developer (Performance Marketing Infrastructure) - Urgent

We’re looking for a highly technical, detail-oriented developer with deep experience in performance marketing infrastructure, tracking systems, and backend automation. This role is about engineering, integrating, and maintaining the systems that power high-volume media buying, analytics, and attribution , not about general full stack development.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring every click, lead, and conversion is tracked accurately across multiple traffic sources, client systems, and internal dashboards.

What We’re Looking For

● Hands-on experience with Binom, Keitaro, Voluum, or RedTrack, including setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and advanced routing logic (tokens, redirects, multi-source tracking, postbacks).

● Deep knowledge of server-to-server (S2S) tracking, Facebook Conversion API, TikTok Events API, and Google Tag Manager.

● Strong grasp of ad platform APIs and integrations (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, DV360, affiliate networks).

● Backend development proficiency in PHP, Python, or Node.js for building and maintaining custom handlers, postback endpoints, and automation scripts.

● Experience managing DNS, hosting, proxies, and infrastructure (Cloudflare, Hestia, DigitalOcean, Netlify).

● Skilled in setting up multi-domain routing, tracking templates, and cross-system attribution flows.

● Familiar with analytics tools (GA4, Matomo, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar) and ensuring complete data flow from front end to back end.

● Experience building or maintaining API-based dashboards or analytics pipelines (Zoho Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.).

Responsibilities

● Integrate and synchronize client systems, CRMs, call-tracking software, affiliate dashboards, analytics suites, with our internal stack to ensure seamless tracking and consistent attribution.

● Develop and maintain our tracking and automation environment, guaranteeing accuracy across all ad platforms and verticals.

● Implement, monitor, and debug postbacks, pixels, S2S events, and API connections between client and internal systems.

● Support media buyers and marketers by building automations, scripts, and QA tools to improve reporting accuracy and operational speed.

● Diagnose and fix tracking errors, attribution gaps, latency issues, and cross-domain problems.

● Ensure all systems are scalable, compliant, and optimized for performance.

● Document integrations and maintain a clear technical structure for easy scalability and replication across multiple clients.

What We’re Not Looking For

● Generic full stack developers with no background in performance marketing or tracking systems.

● Engineers who have never configured Binom, Keitaro, or S2S postbacks, or who lack experience integrating Meta/TikTok/Google APIs.

● Developers who focus only on front-end visuals or code syntax, without understanding data flow, attribution logic, or marketing outcomes.

● People who need to “learn tracking from scratch” ,this role requires hands-on, battle-tested experience in live campaign environments.

● Freelancers or contractors who treat this as short-term tech work ,we need someone who will own and continuously improve our tracking infrastructure long term.
