We’re looking for highly creative performance video creators, not traditional editors. Our ideal candidates think like storytellers and producers , people who can read a script, visualize it instantly, select the perfect footage, and turn it into an emotionally charged, scroll-stopping video ad that sells.
You’ll help shape the creative direction for campaigns running across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, working with real budgets, real traffic, and immediate performance feedback.

What We’re Looking For
● Proven experience producing direct-response video ads, short VSLs, or UGC-style creatives for paid social platforms.
● A production mindset , not just cutting clips together, but directing the visual story, selecting footage, and crafting emotion through pacing, music, and structure.
● Mastery of storytelling for conversion , creating videos that hook in the first 3 seconds, build curiosity, trigger emotion, and drive action.
● Ability to work from a script or creative brief and translate it into a cohesive narrative that fits the ad platform’s native style.
● Skilled at using AI-powered tools such as Sora 2, Arcads.ai, HeyGen, VEO3, Kaiber, Heygen, ElevenLabs, Topaz, Waver 1.0, Midjourney, Sono and more to generate or enhance visuals, voices, and avatars.
● Comfortable combining AI footage, stock assets, and sound design to make videos that look authentic, emotionally resonant, and platform-native.
● Strong understanding of performance marketing principles , editing for CTR, CVR, and watch time, not aesthetics or length.
● Experience working collaboratively with copywriters, and media buyers to iterate and optimize based on real data.
● Bonus: experience across multiple verticals (e.g. health, finance, lead generation, e-commerce, biz-opp).

Responsibilities
● Create and edit high-performing video ads and short-form VSLs optimized for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
● Take ownership of the creative process , conceptualize, storyboard, source footage, edit, and refine.
● Test multiple angles, hooks, and emotional tones per script to identify what resonates best.
● Collaborate with the team to quickly iterate based on performance metrics and audience feedback.
● Apply motion design, text overlays, and captions strategically to maintain engagement and clarity.
● Continuously research and adapt to current social media trends, pacing, and editing styles.
● Build and maintain an internal library of high-performing creatives and variations for rapid deployment.

● Traditional brand or cinematic editors focused on visuals, transitions, and polish rather than conversion.
● Technically skilled editors who lack creative direction or can’t conceptualize the story behind the edit.
● People who don’t understand platform-native styles or how to make videos feel organic and “user-generated.”
● Editors focused on aesthetics over performance, we value emotion and persuasion over perfection.
