Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Land Surveyor to support surveying operations forthe expansion of Larnaca (LCA) and Paphos (PFO) airports. You will work both in the field and office to ensure accurate survey data, construction set out, and compliance with Cyprus and international airport regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in topographic, boundary, utility, and construction set-out surveys.
Operate and maintain total stations, GNSS/GPS, and digital levels.
Process survey data and prepare CAD/BIM deliverables (AutoCAD/Civil 3D,
LandXML).
Maintain accurate survey records, QA/QC reports, and as-built drawings.
Follow safety, health, and environmental regulations on construction sites.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
Registration with ETEK as “Agronomic-Topographic Engineer/Land Surveyor.”
Knowledge of CGRS93 / CLTM geodetic system.
Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS software.
Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and readiness for outdoor fieldwork.
