Health & Safety Assistant
In PHC group, Health and Safety of our people and our customers is of outmost importance and we are constantly working to improve and fully comply with standards and local legislations. For that reason, our team is growing and we are currently looking for a Health & Safety Assistant to join our team.
The role:
The successful candidate will be part of a growing team and will be involved in all major aspects of health & safety management system.
Responsibilities:
•Be responsible to ensure that all relevant policies and procedures to Health & Safety are properly implemented within the Organization.
•Keep up to date and ensure compliance with current Health & Safety legislations
•Perform Health & Safety risk assessments, which includes site inspections
•Handling Group’s incidents
•Determine ways of reducing risks
•Liaise with relevant authorities
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's/Master’s in Health and Safety, or relevant field
•Proven experience in related industry or within Health & Safety Department will be consider an advantage
•Excellent Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
•Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
•Driving licence and ability to travel when necessary
