Purchasing Administrator, Nicosia – PA/05/25

Our client, operating in the retail industry, is seeking to recruit a dynamic individual for the role of Purchasing Administrator to join their team in Nicosia.

Objective

The Purchasing Administrator will manage supplier product lists, ensure accurate data imports into our system, and maintain consistency in product codes. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to process and match supplier data efficiently.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect and review product lists sent by suppliers.
  • Import supplier data into the company system, ensuring correct code matching.
  • Maintain accuracy in product information, pricing, and inventory records.
  • Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel.
  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies.
  • Support procurement activities and assist in supplier negotiations when necessary.

Position’s Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, Economics, Maths, or any other related field.
  • Previous experience in a purchasing administration, data management or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data processing, automation).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage large datasets and ensure accuracy.
  • Familiarity with inventory and procurement software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

 

Salary range: €1200 -1600gross * 13
