Sales & Marketing Officer

Paradox Museum is looking for a Sales & Marketing Officer, to support on the Sales & Marketing activities of Paradox Museum Limassol. We are looking for someone who will embrace our vision and values and whose expertise and passion will contribute to the further success of our museum in Limassol.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with local and international travel agencies, tour operators, and destination management companies (DMCs).
• Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits with hotel concierges, front office teams, and guest relations departments to promote Paradox Museum Limassol.
• Proactively seek and secure group bookings from the tourism sector (tour groups, school trips, corporate groups).
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and joint promotions with hotels, travel agencies, and tourism boards.
• Monitor trends in the tourism industry and suggest targeted strategies to attract tourists during high and low seasons.
• Support in promoting Paradox Museum Limassol to the market, according to sales plan and seasonality
• Support in deploying and overseeing offline sales & marketing campaigns / measure and report performance and ROI / evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic / optimize SEO
• Oversee all online platforms (Website, social media / OTA’s / Google My Business, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Business Manager)
• Support in the preparation of monthly reports
• Events and Educational Workshops Organisation

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of working experience in relevant position, ideally in entertainment and/or tourism sector.
• Hold a university or equal level degree in Marketing field
• Have strong written and oral command of English language
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Business Manager)
• Excellent presentation skills and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge in Office 365 suite. Photoshop knowledge will be considered as advantage.
• Skills in organizing, planning, controlling, assessment, negotiations and sales
• Be customer-oriented, team-spirited, results-oriented
