The role: Junior Civil Engineer
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field
- Any level of experience considered — from fresh graduates to those with 1-2
years in precast/construction
- Comfortable with AutoCAD; familiarity with structural analysis tools a plus
- Detail-oriented, methodical, good with follow-through
- Strong communicator, comfortable working on-site alongside production and
commercial teams
Responsibilities:
- Assist with design and review of precast concrete elements against project
specs and codes
- Prepare drawings and calculations
- Support project scheduling, resource coordination, and documentation
- Join site visits and inspections
- Help prepare technical documentation and reports
- Coordinate with production and installation teams on quality control
Remuneration
- Competitive base salary with a performance-based bonus scheme as part of
the package. Full details are discussed at interview.
Growth:
- Clear path to Projects Engineer within 18–24 months.
