Cyprus Airways is seeking an experienced and highly analytical Revenue Integrity & Data Analyst to join our team and support the Revenue Integrity function by managing and optimising data sources, maintaining analytical datasets and databases, ensuring data quality and reliability, and enabling efficient reporting and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimise SQL databases, data models, and analytical datasets.
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions.
Analyse commercial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, revenue leakage, and process improvement opportunities.
Support Revenue Integrity investigations, reconciliation activities, and revenue assurance processes.
Automate reporting and data validation.
Develop data integrations between airline commercial systems.
Support Revenue Management, Accounting, and Finance with analytical insights.
ü Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, databases, or cloud technologies will be considered an advantage.
Very good verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English. Knowledge of Russian, French and Italian languages will be considered an advantage
Computer skills
Strong team working ability
EU citizenship is a must
ü Required Skills:
Strong knowledge and practical experience with SQL and database development.
Proven experience in Microsoft Power BI, including:
Data modelling
DAX
Power Query
Dashboard development
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
üPreferred Skills & Experience
The following will be considered an advantage:
Experience with airline commercial systems, including:
Passenger Service Systems (PSS)
Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
Departure Control Systems (DCS)
Revenue Integrity platforms
Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, or SQL Server environments.
Experience with APIs, data integration, and automated data workflows.
Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
Previous experience in the aviation industry or another revenue-driven environment.
