Key Responsibilities
•Crew-change travel itineraries & ticketing
•Prepares travel itineraries according to crew change schedules and immigration policies
•Creates, changes, refunds, issues PNRs in GDS
•Manages non-GDS and other ancillary products where needed
•Complies to strict data privacy, protection and confidentiality policies
Mandatory Requirements
•Proficiency in using travel management technologies, GDS SEBRE preferred Experienced in handling multi-national crew. Experience handling Filipino and Indian crew is an advantage along with European crew
•Good knowledge on European sectorsalong with other markets like Asia & Americas
•Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing marine travel
•Experience using COMPAS or similar crew management tools is an advantage
•Good proficiency in English, both oral and written.
•IATA certified
