Technician

A.T MULTITECH CORPORATION LTD, a well-established company based in Nicosia with over 30 years of presence in the fields of information technology and electrical appliances, is currently seeking to hire a full-time Technician.

We are looking to recruit a motivated and reliable individual for the position of Technician, that will be responsible for the timely, cost-effective maintenance and repair of product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.

Job Description:

• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair small electrical devices

(Microwaves, Water Dispensers, Wi-Fi extenders – Routers, Vacuum cleaners etc).

• Deliver prompt and professional technical support for hardware and network issues.

• Place orders for spare parts, replace hardware components and update tickets in our system.

Requirements:

• University / College Graduate in the field of Electronics and other relative studies.
• Prior experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical devices.
• Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error-free.
• Provide accurate feedback with close call information, parts usage reporting and comprehend technical information.
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English language – written and spoken.
