Accountant/Payroll Administrator

ATCA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant/Payroll Administrator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling reconciliations, preparing tax submissions, and supporting management with day-to-day accounting tasks. 

 
 

Duties & Responsibilities 

 

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records. 
  • Prepare monthly bank, debtors, and creditors reconciliations. 
  • Assist with VAT returns and related submissions 
  • Support the preparation of management accounts and audit files 
  • Liaise with clients regarding accounting documentation 
  • Preparation of monthly Payroll for various clients including Social Insurance and Tax compliance 
  • Liaise with clients regarding accounting documentation 
  • Assist with any other accounting or administrative tasks assigned by the manager. 

 

 

Candidate Profile 

 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an accountant/bookkeeper. 
  • University Degree in Accounting & Finance or L.C.C.I Higher. 
  • Fluent in Greek and English. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. 
  • Studying towards the ACCA qualification will be considered an advantage.
