Position : Guest Relations Officer

Job Summary:

Mare Ayia Napa is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Guest Relations Officer to ensure an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact for guests, handling requests, feedback, and special arrangements with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities
•Welcome guests and provide personalized service throughout their stay
•Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements efficiently
•Maintain strong communication with all hotel departments
•Promote hotel services and facilities to guests
•Follow up on guest satisfaction and collect feedback

•Support VIP arrivals and departures

Requirements
•Previous experience in Guest Relations or Front Office within a hotel environment
•Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are an advantage
•Strong customer service skills and professional appearance
•Ability to handle complaints with empathy and discretion
•Good computer skills and knowledge of hotel systems is an advantage
