Role Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages and speciality drinks
•Provide excellent customer service with a warm, approachable attitude
•Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar area
•Ensure consistency in drink preparation and presentation
•Manage stock levels and assist with inventory
•Collaborate with the Space & Co team to enhance overall customer experience
Requirements
•Previous barista experience required
•Strong communication and people skills
•Ability to work efficiently under pressure
•Attention to detail and pride in quality
•Positive attitude and team-player mindset
•English (Greek is a plus)
•Must be eligible to work in the EU
