As a Retention Marketing Specialist with experience in CRM, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills in data-driven marketing.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Support in setting up personalized user journeys based on behavior and segmentation
  • Assist in refining client segmentation methods and exploring new ways to engage users
  • Work with internal teams to support CRM product adoption and uncover opportunities for improvement 
  • Configure and manage communication tools such as push notifications and email campaigns
  • Create and schedule visually appealing emails and push notifications; assist with automated flows
  • Monitor and evaluate CRM campaigns by collecting and analyzing performance data
  • Participate in A/B testing to improve messaging, timing, and content effectiveness


 

Requirements

 

  • 1–2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or a related role
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaign management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities
  • Interest in working with data and improving customer experiences
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email setup is a plus
