Excellent knowledge and working abilities of Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
Proven and adequate work experience.
Relevant Training and minimum 1 year of experience in Maritime Security.
Main Responsibilities
Operate and monitor the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) and surveillance security systems.
Promptly report any safety, security, or technical matters and create corresponding tickets.
Efficiently coordinate day-to-day tasks, ensuring they are carried out in a timely and effective manner, following the instructions of the Senior Operator.
Conduct a comprehensive and thorough handover prior to the commencement of each shift.
Assist in training new and existing personnel, following the guidance of the Operations Supervisor.
Provide assistance and support to the department as directed by the Operations Supervisor.
Assist in investigations as required.
Possess extensive knowledge and understanding of the prescribed actions to be taken in the event of an incident, following the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
