Junior Risk/Dealing Officer
What you’ll be doing
•Study and monitor operational and market risk
•Monitor client trading activity and identify any potential risks to the company
•Investigate trading system issues and recommend corrective actions
•Generate reports and analyze data to identify meaningful trends
•Maintain strong relationships with the company’s liquidity providers
•Collaborate closely with internal teams such as IT, Marketing and Customer Support
•Create and share market news updates with internal teams
•Support the development and launch of new financial products
What we are looking for
•BSc degree in Finance, Economics or related field
•MSc degree in a Finance related subject will be considered a plus
•No prior experience required – this is a graduate-level opportunity `
•Strong interest in the financial markets
•Excellent numerical/mathematical & analytical abilities
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work under pressure
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Fluency in English, both spoken and written

•Working hours are rotational 8 hour shifts apart from the night shift which is 7 hours
oMorning Shift: 7 am – 3 pm or 9 am – 5 pm
oAfternoon Shift: 5 pm-1am
oNight shift: 1am-7am
