RESEARCH FELLOW (POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCHER) POSITIONS

Applications are invited from candidates who possess the necessary qualifications in order to fill four (4) Part-time Research Fellow (Postdoctoral researcher) positions at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Informatics in the field of “Shallow Geothermal Energy”.

Applicants should have:

• A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree and a PhD degree from a recognized university in one or a combination of the following fields of study: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics or any other related disciplines
• Organizational skills
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

• Experience in preparing, submitting, and managing research projects will be considered as an advantage.

The monthly gross salary will be between €1005,63 and €2562,44, based on legislation into effect. This amount will be based on the profile of the candidate as well as on the hours/month which will be agreed.

Τhe appointment will be for a period of six (6) months with the prospect of renewal of up to 18 months. The monthly gross salary for the position will be up to €2562.44. It is noted that there is provision for 13th salary (the cost of the 13th salary has been proportionally incorporated in the monthly remuneration as analyzed above).
