Οne (1) Full-time Research Fellow position (Postgraduate Associate - Assistant Researcher A) in Finance at the Department of Commerce, Finance and Shipping in the field of “Banking/Corporate Finance”.

Applications are invited from candidates who possess the necessary qualifications in order to fill one (1) Full-time Research Fellow position (Postgraduate Associate - Assistant Researcher A) in Finance at the Department of Commerce, Finance and Shipping in the field of “Banking/Corporate Finance”.

Applicants should have:

  1. A Masters degree (or equivalent) from a recognized university in one or a combination of the following fields of study: Finance / Econometrics / Economics.
  2. Experience in carrying out research in a relevant field
  3. Programming and data collection/analysis experience
  4. Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

Τhe appointment will be for a period of six (6) months starting on  1st June 2021 with the prospect of renewal for a further six (6) months. The monthly gross salary for the position will be €1847,54. It is noted that there is provision for 13th salary (the cost of the 13th salary has been proportionally incorporated in the monthly remuneration as analyzed above).
