What you’ll do:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing clients' social media presence and developing strategies that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with clients' marketing goals and target audiences.

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice, objectives, and industry trends.

• Plan and schedule social media posts using management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

• Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and interactions promptly.

• Monitor industry trends, social media platforms, and emerging technologies to stay updated with best practices and innovative approaches.

• Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports.

• Engage with influencers and partners for potential collaborations.

• Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes, trends, and platform updates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following conditions:

• Studies in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 

• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their audiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively manage client relationships.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

• Familiarity with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

• Experience working with social media advertising platforms.

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
