The Opportunity 

The firm’s Risk & Quality team, part of the Business Enablement Functions, is responsible for the design and implementation of policies, procedures and controls, to enable the firm to adhere to professional standards and regulatory requirements while ensuring consistent quality across its services. 

 

Your Responsibilities 

• Assist in implementing risk management compliance programs by conducting risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, testing and reporting. 

• Responding to enquiries and consultation requests from partners and staff on client engagements, including the nature of services being provided, the associated risks, and potential reputational and contractual exposures. 

• Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions and awareness programs to partners and staff. 

•Analyse risk-related data and generate reports to provide insights, helping to drive informed decision-making. 

 

What You Bring 

• A University Degree that demonstrates analytical and critical thinking, ability to identify business risks and interpret and analyse policies and procedures in a corporate environment 

• Relevant academic qualification in risk management will be an advantage 

• No previous work experience is essential, as on-the-job training and support will be provided, however, previous experience in similar roles (e.g. in performing risk assessments and/or undertaking monitoring programmes) will be considered an advantage 

• Strong interpersonal skills 

• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek 

• Innovation and persistency 

• Eagerness for continuous learning 

• Team-oriented personality 

• Strong computer literacy
